At Forza, we offer a variety of options from 1-on-1 personal training to small group fitness. Our goal is to optimize your health and longevity. We will provide you with a structured training program to improve your strength, power, cardiovascular fitness and mobility.

Forza Fit

Our group training session aims to improve overall health and maximize longevity by developing strength, power, aerobic capacity, and mobility. Our training sessions can be modified for all fitness levels.

60 minute Functional Fitness Class aimed to improve:

1-On-1 Personal Training

If you’re looking for precision then 1-on-1 training may be a fit for you.

We will create a program specific to meet your specific goals, track your fitness and guide you every step of the way.

Semi-Private Personal Training

Want the best of both worlds? Our Semi-Private sessions will be a great fit. With up to 3 clients per trainer, we can create and monitor individualized programs in a social environment. Semi-private sessions are a cost-friendly way to maximize your fitness and budget. So find a friend to train with, or we will try to match you up with someone.

Head Coach/Trainer

Mandi Burman is an EXOS Fitness Specialist and has over 15+ years experience as a fitness professional. She also is a Crossfit Level I coach, Crossfit Strongman and Movement and Mobility certified. Mandi has a passion for helping others reach full potential. She prides herself in providing a genuine and positive experience for her clients through their wellness and fitness journey. When she is not in training she loves hiking with her dog, reading and spending time with friends and family.

Individual and Semi-Private Personal Training Pricing

Personal Training:

  • 4 session per month = $340 per month
  • 8 session per month = $640 per month
  • 12 session per week = $880 per month

Semi-Private:

  • Range from $30-$45 per session

Forza Fit

  • $22 per class
  • 10 class pass = $200
  • Monthly: Unlimited = $175 
  • Monthly: 3x per week = $135

Individual sessions may be the best choice if you seek personalized attention, have specific training goals, or require close supervision to ensure correct form and movement patterns. They offer tailored programs and the opportunity to focus solely on your needs.

However, if you thrive in a social setting, enjoy small-group dynamics, and benefit from motivation through peer support, our semi-private sessions may be a great fit. They offer the ability to develop semi-custom training plans to meet your fitness goals, closely monitor progress while ensuring proper form and technique.

Looking for a small group fitness class that aims to maximize health and longevity through the development of strength, power, aerobic capacity and mobility then look no further. Our Forza Fit class is an energetic fitness class that is appropriate for all fitness levels.

Whether recovering from an injury or just interested in taking your training to the next level, every new client will undergo our initial assessment to establish baseline fitness, assess movement patterns and mobility, and set training goals. This baseline will help us to monitor your progress and tailor the training to help you meet your goals.
